SUO Challenge 39 - Blossom Party Original Die

Today I am sharing a card I actually made last August
for the little girl I used to babysit.  I have two boys so it was
nice having a little girl in the house a few days a week.
Anyway on with the card...it fits right in over at SU-Only Challenges!

I know I CASEd this for sure and must apologize I don't
remember who's blog I saw this on, but I just love the flowers and in those colours it is just so pretty and of course girly!
It uses a technique called inlaid embossing
(that's what I call it anyway).  I adhered my die cut flowers to a
piece of Whisper White Card Stock then ran it through the
Big Shot with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.

Stamps:  Curly Cute
Inks:  Rose Red Classic Ink
Paper:  Bashful Blue, Marina Mist, Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Wild Wasabi, and Whisper White Card Stock
Accessories:  Big Shot, Blossom Party Original Die, Square Lattice Embossing Folder

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stamping!

  1. Hi there, your sister in Australia put me on to your blog *waves hello*. This card is very pretty - I like the colour combination you've used. Personally I don't use Wild Wasabi as much as I should (I tend to favour Old Olive I think) - it looks great here!
Good luck and I look forward to checking out your future projects.

  4. This is just a beautiful use of the Inlaid Embossing technique - one of my favorites! Thanks so much for sharing it with the SUO Challenge design team this time around.
