It is time for another challenge from Freshly Made Sketches.
This weeks's hostess is Linda Callahan.
I have a lot of DSP, all of which will likely retire the end of May.
I decided that I would try and use up as much of it as I can instead of
hoarding it all in case I might want to use it one day (am I alone in my paper hoarding?). I also want to try to use up the 2010-2012 In Color ribbons as they too will be retiring at the end of May.
I wanted to keep this card very clean so I did nothing to the card base before I added the sketch elements. For such a simple card I seemed to use a lot of different products!
Stamps: Create a Cupcake and Pennant Parade
Inks: Early Espresso, Peach Parfait and So Saffron Classic Inks
Paper: Peach Parfait, So Saffron and Very Vanilla Card Stock and
Just Add Cake DSP
Accessories: Peach Parfait 1/2" Stitched-Poly Ribbon,
Cupcake Builder Punch, Petite Pennants Builder Punch,
1-1/4" Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stamping!
You are so not alone in your paper hoarding! I am working on actually using my paper stash this year as well! Great clean design. Thanks for playing with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
ReplyDeleteNo, not alone ... I still have paper from years ago, and even now am still reluctant to cut it up ... but one day I will!!!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Nancy ... I think that ice cream cone is looks great at centre stage ... great clean styling!
